As a certified Biblical Life Coach, and as someone who knows brokenness and hope, 
I am here to comfort you with the comfort I received.

From what I have seen and experienced, I believe that you too can move from your stuck places towards hope and freedom.

Here are some things that you can expect when you book a coaching session with Jen....

* To be heard.  Deeply listened to.  I highly value the power of you receiving time and space to put words to what is stirring inside of you.  As you express what your need is, I will listen to you with respect as this is YOUR time & space to work "it" out.

* Safety.  Privacy.  Your story is yours to share.  You choose who you want/need to share it with.  In other words, I will respect your story by keeping it confidential, except when I feel that safety is being threatened.

* A secretary.  As we sit together,  you can expect me to take down some notes so that I can help you remember what was important to you.

* Follow up.  After we meet for your one hour session, you can expect to receive a follow up email from me in a couple of days.  Your email will include my notes on "what I heard", and then I will offer you "my feedback" as well as some suggested "tools" for you to consider to move forward.  (aka...homework)

* You can expect me to pray for each session.  While God has gifted me and trained me to be used for your good and His glory, I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE WHAT ONLY GOD CAN SEE!   I pray each session that God will help me see what He wants me to see and tell me what He wants us to do about it.  I feel my role is to listen to where the Holy Spirit is already leading you, and then partner with Him in that!  This is where the power is at!!

* Tools and various worksheets to help you move from where you are to where God is leading you.
